SAM MEAD

FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Sam, and I'm excited to share my journey with you. For almost seven years, I've had the privilege of working in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in a business administrator role and rising to become Head of Business Operations. Along the way, I've gained invaluable experience in a wide range of areas, from analysing company performance to collaborating with marketing agencies on website design.

One of my proudest accomplishments was leading the design of a new bespoke software to streamline our inventory, order, stock, and payment processes. I've also had the opportunity to manage regulatory and medical teams and present to senior management on key business initiatives.

During a period of maternity leave, I found myself not only supporting my partner in starting and growing his own business, but also realising how much I enjoy supporting people through life's ups and downs. It was during this time that I realised my passion for entrepreneurship and decided to pursue my lifelong ambition of starting my own business.

And so, Support. Advise. Manage. was born. My strengths lie in organisation and efficiency, coupled with a knack for quickly learning and adapting to new environments and business functions. I'm dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently, whether it's in business or everyday life.
